The article studies the problem of prevention school bullying. It was revealed that bullying is a conscious, systematically repeated aggressive behavior directed at one or more people, and based on inequality forces. motives can be completely different: revenge, envy, competition, rivalry, attracting attention, personal dislike for object bullying, other motives. pedagogical communication style an elementary teacher also increase risk in early age. analysis recommendations existing programs showed there are many separate exercises, recommendations, scenarios "class hours" dedicated to primary school. At same time, as rule, these not systematized within framework ready-made program children aged 7–11 years. following identified effective forms prevention: collective creative activity, method group projects, formation traditions student group. An important component psychological education teachers parents.
